University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa Discusses Cooperation with Karbala Police to Support Families of Martyrs and the Wounded

The Vice President for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Nawfal Al-Araji, received a delegation from the Karbala Governorate Police Command headed by the Director of the Department for Martyrs and the Wounded.

The visit included a field tour of the university’s facilities and colleges, allowing the delegation to review its academic and service capabilities. The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss prospects for cooperation between the two institutions.

Both sides examined possible initiatives and programmes aimed at supporting the children of martyrs and wounded members of the Iraqi police. These efforts would draw on the university’s academic and institutional resources to enhance their educational opportunities and support their intellectual development.

This initiative forms part of the university’s commitment to strengthening its social responsibility. It also aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions). Through such partnerships, the university seeks to support deserving groups and strengthen institutional cooperation in service of the wider community.
